Lovely hotel. Room was small but big enough for our needs and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet style and there was ample choice of goods. All the staff were very friendly.

Everyone we encountered was so nice and helpful, especially Alexandra. Located in a great neighborhood walking distance to tons of cute bars and restaurants. Easy access to all metro lines. The rooms and bathrooms aren’t huge but as long as you’re ok with that, this is a great place to stay!

Very good location but a bit noisy especially at night. There are a couple pubs near by and it can get loud. Also the wooden stairs and guests checking out could be loud early in the morning.

This is an excellent hotel! Beautiful area! It was one of the few with air conditioning and big enough for the 3 of us. The staff are genuinely courteous and very friendly! Highly recommend!

Got upgraded to the larger room which was very nice! We were on the first floor so felt like we could hear the cleaning and downstairs area pretty well which wasn't the best. The staff were really friendly and super helpful. The shower didn't feel very clean especially the shower head. Room was clean and cleaned well during our stay. Was ok for a short stay. the area was well connected otherwise, very close to metro and some nice restaurants which was helpful.

The room was really well insulated from street noise and the blackout blinds were as good as you would ever want. Good aircon. But the walls are thin so neighbour noise woke us up several times.

We have been going to Paris every year since 2018 and this is one of the best hotels we have been too. It is right beside Montparnasse, a few feet from the train station and Metro line 4 , lots of resto, boulangerie, pharmacy . It is convenient and feels safe . The staff are friendly with checkout at 12:00 but we can leave out luggage there and come back later when we are ready to go to the airport.

Felt very comfortable and the staff were kind. The hotel is maintained clean. I will say that your room gets cleaned regardless of whether you pit the sign on your door or not. The room I stayed in was tight, the bathroom was a good size. Overall, it is a good 4 night stay.

Extremely helpful and courteous staff! Tje hotel is very convenient if you are arriving from the Montparnasse train station. The AC works very well (really important in Paris in the summer). Our top floor loft room was really nice and interesting. (If you choose a top floor room you should be aware that the elevator does not go all the way to the top and you will need to climb one flight of stairs.) The Indian restaurant right next to the hotel is excellent!

The staff is incredible and so friendly. I was grateful for their kind energy, advice and help. I wish communication about the pictures online when booking was a little clearer with respect to the room size/type and the lobby being under construction. Otherwise Ioved the place!

Many restaurants within walking distance, include crepe, Vietnamese, Korean, Indian, Mediterranean. Metro station and bus stations within 1 min walk. Staffs are friendly. Walks are not very sound proof, we can hear the neighbors talking down the hallway, and water pipes at night

The accomodations were roomier than I expected. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Tons of dining options within two block area. Not extremely close to major sites but bus transportation close & I used Uber a lot. Felt safe walking in the evening. Someone always available.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The staff is so helpful with any questions you have and super friendly. The room was modern and clean. The reviews say it is small but thats a given in Paris- it was a good size for 3 people. It was super close to transit and lots of dining options.

What happened to the tea and coffee?

Our family room was on level 5, lift stops at 4. Roomy and comfortable with fresh air till the mosquitoes arrived - the air con worked great after that. The slanted ceilings get on your nerves after a bit. Great water pressure and filtered chilled water dispenser on ground floor which is awesome. Staff were all lovely, place felt secure with locked front door manned all day and night. Had a slight issue; half way through our stay the complimentary tea and coffee suddenly was being charged for without notice, really put a sour mood on our stay. Great location near a major transport interchange and heaps of food around.
