Honestly it’s very old property I found it a bit noisy especially early morning cos it’s located near industrial area so many truck was parked around there all builder stay in this hotel rooms are tiny Not very clean I wouldn’t recommend for families so it’s not that good

The staff were really great and helpful! It was only my responsibility that the property was a bus ride away from the Paris city limit. The room could've been cleaner (dust bunnies under the bed, icky window sill, and some crud above the headboard) and could've used some updates (replace caulk, etc). I'd stay here again though for a trip to France and/or Paris.

Absolutely awful. Decided not to stay the night. Found alternative accommodation. Dark black mould everywhere. Bed was a piece of mdf wood Disgusting smell Left after an hour, and it was difficult to stay that long. Absolutely appalling hotel

As my first time solo traveling and alone as a women to Paris France I thought it was a good place to stay. I got there I was confused about the gate opening and closing up front but other than that the gentlemen up front was nice and knew English so I was happy about that. But I felt safe inside and it was clean. I trusted everyone that worked there.

Choose another hotel

I understand the IBIS is a budget hotel and for many travellers it provides a budget price. However, the cleanliness of the room was poor and the bathroom was very dirty. The toilet had stains from the running water and the shower looked extremely unhygienic. There was no soap to wash one's hands at the hand basin, the handle surround on the bathroom was loose and the w/o due opening to the outside could not be secured properly from the inside of the room, making it feel quite unsafe. The air conditioning unit had black soot on the ceiling above the vent which was concerning because of the possibility of contracting legionnaires disease because of the filters not being regularly serviced. The outside grounds were in a shocking condition, with rubbish littered around the property and the grass needed mowing. I have stayed previously in IBIS, Sofitel and Accors hotels and this hotel was by far the worst Inhave experienced.

This was absolutely the worse hôte I’ve been to in my life it’s was very dirty also it seems that they were under construction I was there for a few hr and couldn’t wait to get out of there the bed had a plastic cover the AC was non existent the towel provided looked and feel like a rag to clean your car This should not be on Expedia site at all I’ve never had Such a bad experience

It was my worst experience arriving a Hotel, no staff on ground to help with my luggages or usher me to my room. I was just given the card to my room find your way with my heavy luggages . I paid for 5 nights but have to move out the next day to another comfortable and safe hotel. Hardly communicated with anyone cos of language barriers . No Security,no restaurants or reception for relaxations . Towels brown no soap so unkept. Left the hotel with anger . 🇳🇬

Hi, on the first day we went the toilet flush was not working we gave them the key at 11am on Friday and we returned at the hotel at 1am at night and they still did not fix it, and the reception did not know what had happened so I had to explain multiple times. The hotel Wi-Fi was absolutely rubbish it keeps disconnecting ever time and there were small bugs all around the room…..
