Would not stay here again.

It was a basic hotel in an ok location. Close to the metro and bus stations and buy a grocery store. They advertise air conditioning but it is non existent. The shower is also small and doesn’t close properly so water got everywhere. The room is also very small so beware.

Bad experience with breakfast

Not good. The room is kind of small and the towels are dirty. As this hotel serves many group tours, the breakfast ran out even as early as 8am. When i approached one of the service staff, she came out with a few items such as bread and ham. So disappointing as I chose this hotel that provdes free breakfast.

The room’s light was broken with broken glass. It was a safety hazard which I raised to the Manager. The toilet is dirty, with dried blood on the wall (probably from the person who broke the light), the sink is clogged and the bathroom is smelly. The air conditioning unit isn’t working either. The breakfast was okay if you wanted to be fed light. Staff is helpful in a way.

The night shift receptionist is rude. He has nothing to do if there is a problem during his shift especially if the problem is in your room. He will just say that he is the receptionist not the housekeeping. We booked a 3 person room but we arrived in the room for only 2 persons. Filed a formal complaint to the manager of the hotel but until now no response.

It was a convenient little hotel and super close to the train station. But they gotta be nicer! Some of the staff were rude. When we asked for help getting a taxi, we were told to look it up online. The worst thing was how the smoke alarm went off twice during our stay in the middle of the night. Making the mad dash down the stairs to a bottom floor where the door didn't open, turning back to the next floor to find the next stairwell to make it to the lobby just to see them going about their business. They had no clue that anything was happening and told us to return. This happened once at 1 in the morning and another day at 6 in the morning. Not what you expect to happen in a fun stay.

NEVER EVER use hotels.com!! Crappy hotel and mgmt.

An absolute dive and rip-off from both the hotel and hotels.com. I arrived and the driver said “this is not a safe area.” Upon checking in, the bathroom was not clean, the curtains didn’t close all the way because they were ripped off the tracks so people in the parking lot could see inside. It felt very unsafe and not at all what was advertised as the “double bed and double couch” was 2 twin sized beds pushed together so super small and weird. We checked out the very next morning after the first night and they said it would ok to early cancel as long as we checked out by 11am which we did. The hotel and hotels.com refused to refund us any of the $900 I spent for 1 night at a super crappy hotel. I will never use hotels.com EVER again and I will warn all my friends and family.
