Tout près de la station de métro Château d'eau, tout est accessible à pieds et il est très facile de se déplacer dans tous les différents quartiers de la ville.

Description is accurate. It has multiple floors. Construction on the next door apartment starts at 7:00 am. It did cause some dust issues in the apartment.

We should have been notified that it was a construction site. The space is terrific and the location is excellent. It would have been helpful to have an introductory list of items - location of subways, grocery store, how to operate the stove and washer-dryer for example. Remember that others don't know your space. Yes, we have our cell phones but it is not the same. Sandrine responded quickly to questions. Beds are comfortable. Would definately stay there again. Thank you.

Αισθάνομαι διχασμένη. Ήταν ένα άνετο κατάλυμα, που όμως σίγουρα χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Ο καναπές στο σαλόνι ήταν σπασμένος για παράδειγμα. Δεν υπήρχαν κουρτίνες στο σαλόνι. Κάθε πρωί έρχονταν εργάτες από τις 8 διότι γίνονταν εργασίες στο συγκρότημα όπου βρισκόταν το διαμέρισμα. Η περιοχή όπου βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμα είναι βολική πολύ, 3 σταθμοί μετρό είναι κοντά και υπήρχαν πολλά ωραία εστιατόρια κοντά

Little bit of paris at home

Very unique designed apartment with multiple floors. Locaated on a great area with lots of stores, restaurants and close to subway. We really enjoyed our stay an, the courtyard, layout of the rooms and design of furniture made us feel that we got a taste of paris. We were here during a heatwave and were surprised how cool it stayed , not having an air conditioner. Place was clean overall, but could have had some new sponges for washing dishes and newer towels. Definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Appartement spacieux calme et très bien situé dans un quartier sympa et à proximité des transports en commun. Juste un petit bémol sur le couchage. Le canapé de la pièce de vie n’est pas très confortable.

Convenient location, just what we needed!

Great place to lay out heads each night. Being one and a half blocks from the metro made it very convenient. Multiple markets within a block. Slept our party of 6 people comfortably. Be prepared for the basement bathroom door that has clear glass panes.

Great location and space

The location was excellent with many bars, restaurants close by. There was plenty of space by Paris standards especially for groups. The host communicated excellently and replaced a heater when brought to her attention. A couple of small issues like wifi did not work downstairs and the dryer was not working which made washing hard.

Séjour au coeur du 10 ème arrondissement Parisien

Bonjour, Notre séjour s est très bien déroulé. La résidence est calme et très bien localisée. L appartement est très bien pensé. Le petit point négatif est le manque d obscurité dans la chambre d enfant et dans le salon qui ne permet pas de faire de grasse matinée. Surtout à notre période de location. Merci et bon séjour aux prochains résidents.

Great spacious apartment in a safe, more local Parisian arrondissement.

Had a great 5 nights here with my wife and 2 kids. Plenty of room without being on top of each other like a similar located hotel room would be. Surrounded by more local Parisian cafes, bars ans boulangeries (some of Paris best), a great area to return to after visits to the heavy trafficked major tourist areas. Would definitely book again upon our return.

Malgré la situation idéale du logement nous avons été très déçu par l'entretien général, poussière, restes alimentaires dans le réfrigérateur et les placards, lave vaisselle propre mais non vidé et le linge de maison laisse à désirer. Il manquait 2 serviettes de toilette et le couchage pour un lit 1 place, on nous a déposé une housse de couette sans drap housse et 2 serviettes mouillées que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser. Malgré plusieurs messages à la propriétaire nous n'avons plus reçu de réponse...

Très bon séjour. L'appartement est très bien placé pour visiter la ville et ses nombreux centres d'intérêts. Le quartier en lui même est très sympa. Tout s'est très bien passé.

We really like to location of this loft. Not far from metro stations, Gare de l'Est, and Gare du Nord. However, we think that the host should consider improving many things to bring this loft a good one to stay such as - add more lights at dining table - replacing all bed sheets, towels - increase wifi speed and coverage to whole loft (cannot reach wifi at basement) - improve ventilation for basement to reduce musty smells esp first time open the main door

Great location

We selected this VRBO due to how close it was to the AreoStar station and it worked perfect. It’s also very close to grocery stores, the metro and restaurants. As it is written in the listing there are a bunch of stairs and the layout is a bit unusual but there were plenty of beds and two toilets. It was not extremely clean when we arrived, there were a couple of half gone water bottles on the kitchen counter but it was not a big deal. Overall we loved our stay.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé. Très fonctionnel, cet appartement accueille sans problème 6 personnes. Très simple d’accès grâce aux explications de Sandrine ! De quoi passer un agréable séjour sur Paris.

Good location close to local transportation. The loft needed a lot of updates All the beds were lumpy, linens and towels were dingy. The owners should consider replacing everything and add Wi-Fi extension to the basement. The cleaning crew need to do better, the toilet seat were dirty with old pee stain. And very humid and smelly too in the basement.
