Water boiler broke down
This hotel is conveniently located: 20min walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, and you were also able to see the top of the Tower from the rooms; 5 min walk to subway station.
The room was small, and appear to be a little dated, but just enough for our stay as we spent most of our time walking around the city.
However, on my third night, also last night of the stay, the water boiler of the hotel broke down and there was no hot water at all for the entire hotel for shower, and the staff has no back up plans, and no way for them to get the technician to fix it at night.
Best part of the hotel was their kitchen - their breakfast was great - broad selection of pastry and hot dishes for breakfast, and their crossiant was perfect. And I've ordered room service for once as well the food was delicious too.
