There are two full bathrooms each one with a shower and one of them has a separate toilet . All windows have electrical blinds and there is a washer in the apartment and a laundrymat steps away .The loft lies on the back of a XIX century building at the ground floor and opens on a tree plantered and flowered courtyard. You are therefore away from street noise.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.
