Appartement délabré et très sale. Machine a laver et secheuse cassé, des pates dans la bouilloires, des dechets sous le lit et sous le canapé, des draps sales, de l'eau chaude pour 3 personnes maximum, une forte odeur de tabac ... Bref, preferrez un squat à cet appartement.

À fuir

Nous sommes arrivés à 3 adultes et 5 enfants le 15 juin 25 dans ce logement pour 4 nuits. Nous avions des RDV sur Necker avec ma petite fille et voulions faire visiter paris par la même occasion aux autres petits. Quelle déception du logement qui était prévu pour 6 à 8 personnes Il n'y avait que 6 couchages dont le canapé lit ( drap housse trop petit impossible à mettre sur le matelas).5 chaises Vaisselle ( 4 tasses dont un fêlée , 5 verres ,1 pot à couverts pour 5 , assez d'assiettes, Ustensiles de cuisine ( 2 petits faitout, 1 poêle avec manche cassé, 1 passoire cassé également). Les placards impossible à utiliser , ceux-ci contenaient pleins de sac poubelles surchargé et très sale au sol Serviettes de toilette que pour 6 1 ventouse dans les toilettes, nous avons vite compris pourquoi , je vous passe les détails TOUS les placards et étagères ÉTAIENT TRES SALE ET COLLANT Le soir même nous avions dû faire la vaisselle à l'eau froide et les autres jours même en faisant attention l'eau était froide. Et j'en passe... Après avoir contacté le propriétaire par SMS , celui-ci nous propose un matelas pneumatique et 3 chaises pliables et de les prévenir avant 22h30 si l'on veut quitter le logement le lendemain il nous rembourserai les nuits restantes. Mais pour aller où ? Impossible de rentrer par rapport au RDV sur Necker. Il nous a envoyé un matelas avec juste 1 drap housse trop petit également pour Celui-ci , mais pas de couette ni oreillers. Conclusion A vite fuir

rien a dire

A notre arrivée l'appartement était nickel, avec des serviettes pour se doucher dans chaque chambres.Nous avons séjourner une nuit à 5, on a un peu deranger les voisins mais malgré sa le propriétaire n'était pas désagréable et très compréhensif
