The apartment was lovely and right around the corner from a Metro stop. Well furnished and comfortable. Easy check-in. Grocery and wine shop nearby and wonderful bakery in the corner of the building. Would stay they again.

Fantastic stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of Paris. The apartment was spacious with enough room for 8 of us, well maintained and stocked. The check-in process was easy where we were met at the property, and the location is great. Little bakery right next door is key for breakfast and early morning coffees... :)

Great family stay!

This property is fabulous for a big family trip. Great check-in experience. Very clean and had all of the amenities needed. Bedrooms and main living area are spacious with a ton of storage space. Loved the location steps from a main Metro stop and plenty of great restaurants in the surrounding blocks. Felt very safe. One shower had no water flow when hot, so we could not use it, but we made do with the other showers. Mostly child proof/safe for small children as long as the heaters were off (get very hot to touch) and windows locked. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Central location; big high quality apartment

We had 10 people stay in this very centrally located Paris apartment. The unit was recently re-finished with top quality appliances, floors, and features. Overall, it was very comfortable and we would stay here again. Areas for improvement: there was no Wi-Fi, and no air-conditioning.

Girls Trip to Paris

We loved the size of Martins Door. There was plenty of space for all of us. We loved the little bakery right downstairs. The metro was very close and convenient. The negatives, there is a lot of noise on the busy street even after midnight. It is very hot in the apartment. We needed a couple more fans or stronger ones. Overall it was a great place for a large group. Romain was particularly helpful, patient and kind.

Great location close to metro

Home was beautiful very spacious. Good for a large group. Apartment is located on 1st floor facing the front street so u can hear alot of noise out on the streets. The refrigerator was broken which we weren't told that when we got there . We notified the guy and he told us there was a mini frig which we had no idea of. Overall nice place decent location. Alot of foot traffic and cars in that area.

not truthful in a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment

We just spent a week at this apartment in Paris. While it advertises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, that is NOT CORRECT!!! In the USA we count bathrooms by toilets. So technically it has 2 full bathrooms and an extra room with a sink and shower but NO other toilets. It is laid out in the following fashion - 1 complete bathroom with toilet/sink/shower, 1 small room with toilet & sink only, 1 room with sink/shower/bath only, and 1 small room with sink/shower only. Very odd and I feel it's false advertising! Other than that, we tried to deposit our trash in the trash area 3 times during the week. At check in we were showed a small door that he said was open Monday thru Friday from 9am-5pm.. and if it was locked to knock on a door next to it. It was always locked and no one answered the door next to it when we knocked except on the 2nd to last day. It turned out that it wasn't even the door where we were supposed to take the trash to. I feel that the check in process was VERY rushed...and had to keep asking the guy who checked us in to "wait, I have some questions please". The area it was located in was very easy to navigate, and that was great though.

Beautiful and well located apartment

Excellent apartment in the heart of Paris, close to restaurants, cheese and pastry shops and an easy walk to Paris most treasured sites. Right around the corner from convenient Metro. Easy to communicate with hosts. You can pick up unsupplied necessities next door (shampoos and soaps, for example).
