Rien à redire sur la chambre ou l'accueil. Le prix était très correct par rapport à ce qu'il se pratique aux alentours. Il y a de quoi dîner autour. Bien que cela ne m'ait pas dérangé, il vaut mieux savoir que l'escalier est assez etroit etque l'insonorisation n'est pas leur point fort.

L hôtel est dans un quartier calme. Il est pas équipé d ascenseur et la cage d escalier est toute petite et pas très pratique pour monter une valise. Le lavabo est petit et pas très pratique. L environnement est calme et sans trop de bruit.

bon rapport qualité prix

Bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel situé dans un quartier calme et à proximité de commerces et restaurants, et du parc Montsouris. Une chambre petite mais un séjour court donc ça convenait parfaitement. le petit déjeuner était bon.

As pessoas que me atenderam bem prestativos e educados, inclusive uma senhora falava português. Limpavam todos os dias o quarto, super limpo, e a rua extremamente silenciosa. Ficamos três dias, próximo do metrô e voltaria com certeza.

La dame de la réception était très chaleureuse. La chambre était petite mais propre. Mon grand problème était de monter deux valises par les escaliers très étroits, presque en colimaçon. En effet, l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’ascenseur !

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The first night, we had an issue with a drunk guy upstairs and the very next day, they took care of it. This place is a simple but safe hotel, safe area, walking distance to major stations for public transportation (porte d'orléans). Nice and cheap restaurant around. The hotel is clean and they offer breakfast for 10 Euros which I strongly suggest you take. You will get coffee, unlimited croissant, and many other things. A simple breakfast in a local café will cost you more or less the same. For me, the important thing for a hotel is clean and safe and this hotel met my standard. A little warning: there is NO elevator and the stairs to get upstairs are very steep and narrow. In other words, if you have the slightest physical impairment, this hotel might not be for you. Also, I am not sure how you would get big suitcase up there. I would definitely contact the owner to request a room at the lowest level possible.

Rien à voir avec les photos

Chambre qui n’a rien à voir avec les photos. Concernant la propreté, il y avait des taches sur la moquette, et il y avait des cheveux sous la couverture violettes. Et une odeur bizarre dans la chambre, j’étais mal à l’aise, je n’y retournerai pas et ne recommande pas .

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein aber relativ sauber. Das Hotel liegt gut. Mit der Metro ist man in ca. 15‘ im Zentrum.
