Summary:

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, ideally located in the heart of Paris, 9 minutes from the HOTEL DE VILLE. You'll be in a fully-secured building.

Laundry facilities are available in the building.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

15 minutes from Rue de Turenne and the famous Place des Vosges, with its many stores and cafés.

15 minutes from the Musée Grévin and the Grands Boulevards.



The Space:

28 m2 air-conditioned flat on the 3rd floor with lift, comprising:

- Living room with sofa bed, and Smart TV, wifi

- A fully equipped open kitchen (electric hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine)

- 1 bedroom with queen-size bed

- 1 shower room with toilet



A laundry room is available in the building.



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each person. Cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning lady.

Un logement confortable calme et bien placé

Les appartements sont bien conçus agréables visuellement et confortablement meublés. Il faut toutefois savoir que la moitié de ces logements dits "prestige" donnent sur un murde cour très très proche ce que les photos de présentation ne laissent pas supposer. Donc bien pour dormir mais pour qui voudrait passer du temps en journée cela peut être oppressant si vous êtes logés coté cour
