Great location. Clean.

Constructive comments: 1) There was noisy and dusty renovation going on in other units in the complex below which meant I couldn't keep the window open and the noise was disruptive especially when tiles were being cut. This property should not really have been let during this period. 2) There is a cupboard immediately above the kitchen sink with a sharp edge that I painfully banged my head on more than once. That needs to be fixed 3) a blind should replace the curtain on the window for privacy. Otherwise all good.
