Welcome to this superb, completely renovated apartment, located a stone's throw from the Champs-Élysées! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to four travelers.
The apartment includes:
• A living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140x200 cm), a Smart TV, storage space and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• A sleeping area: Queen size bed (160x200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, storage space and a ceiling fan.
• A fully equipped kitchen: microwave, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A bathroom: shower and toilet, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A laundry area: washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Orly Airport (ORY): Board the Orlyval light rail, transfer to RER B at Antony towards Paris, then switch to Metro Line 1 at Châtelet, and get off at George V.
By Train:
Gare du Nord or Gare de Lyon: Connect to the Metro network. Head towards Metro Line 1 and travel to George V station.

Housekeeping: Professional cleaning services are provided on both your arrival and departure to ensure the apartment is immaculate.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family-Friendly Services:
Cot & High Chair: Available upon request with 72 hours' notice. Please note that baby linen is not provided.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In: From 2:00 pm.
Early Check-In: Requests will be confirmed 24 hours prior and may incur a charge.
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and additional charges. Confirmation 24 hours in advance is required.
Deposit Requirement:
Deposit: €250, payable online via SWIKLY by credit card. Refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Noise: Respect neighbors and keep noise levels down to avoid deposit deductions.
Construction Notice: There may be ongoing construction inside the building. We cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience.
Internet Access:
Please do not use the internet access for unauthorized reproduction or display of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation is allowed. Please note that we are not responsible for telecommunication operator malfunctions, and no compensation will be provided.
Minimum Age: The minimum age to make a reservation is 21. Individuals under 21 must be accompanied by an adult of the required age. No refunds will be issued if this rule is not adhered to.
