Perfect apartment in Paris!

What a wonderful place to stay! So close to cafes and Eiffel Tower. The market just below came in very handy too. The apartment is well furnished and comfortable and the balcony was lovely. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, thank you Johno!!

Four days in Paris

This was a great apartment well furnished very roomy for family. Very well appointed the AC was a huge plus considering how hot it was. Good location, metro on the corner store right downstairs. It was easy to get to everything. The view was wonderful.

Great location

We loved the apartment and the location. Watching the Eiffel Tower light show every night was one of our favorite things. There were only a few things we disliked. The hallway from the elevator going to the apartment and the actual whole front entrance inside the apartment and sometimes the living room smelled like really strong cigarette smoke, which was definitely coming from the neighbor's apartment. I wish this was listed in the reviews as we would have gone with another place. The water container in the coffee maker had green algae all over, but my husband washed it out.

Super 9 nights in Paris

This was a great apartment in a super area, everything we needed was minutes away, and we were able to walk to 6 of our 9 Olympic events. Super views!

Great spot!

This apartment was a perfect spot for our Paris trip. A short walk from the Eiffel Tower, easy access to Metro and a great selection of restaurants and other local food spots made it a perfect spot for our 5 day trip. Unit had everything we needed. With two teenagers, the second bathroom was a big bonus. With the warm days we enjoyed, AC was welcomed. Beds are VERY comfortable. The view was great, especially on Bastille Day (we comfortably enjoyed the fireworks show off the Eiffel Tower). I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a well equipped unit in a great neighborhood that offers you easy access to all the different areas of Paris. Johno was also a very helpful and high touch host.

Just right for our 3-generation family of 5. Modern, clean, charming, and a lovely balcony from which we could see some pretty architecture and a part of the Eiffel Tower. Maria, who was available for us, was very sweet and willing to help in any way. We would happily stay here again.

The best apartment in Paris

Just a few steps from the Metro station and surrounded by great Cafes and Boulangeries (and a Starbucks if you need it). Opposite the building entrance is a great Pizza place and a restaurant and tight next door is a well stocked Market with very affordable, delicious French wine. There are 2 elevators, so no struggling your luggage up the stairs and the building is quiet and very safe. The apartment is basically beautiful. Everything worked and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. There was a comment book at the entrance and all of the messages were very positive and had some good tips on where to go. I'm 6 foot 6 and still fit in the shower without an issue and the beds were very comfortable. As you are up on the 8th floor the apartment is quiet but more importantly the view is great. We will never forget sitting out on the balcony (very comfortable furniture) sipping on wine from the market and watching the Eiffel Tower glitter with lights. This apartment made our Paris trip one of the best we've had. If you scroll past this you've made a mistake.

Excellent location and nice house

It was an excellent location. Travel to all attractions in Paris was very easy with multiple options. There were shopping markets, restaurants and bakeries close by. House was clean and nicely maintained. The building had 2 lifts which was very helpful. Host was very responsive to any questions. Overall we had a pleasant stay with view of Eiffel tower and its lights at night. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely apartment

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The host was responsive. It was very clean. There is a grocery store and other shops nearby and a wonderful bakery across the street. The highlight of the day was seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night from the balcony. Wonderful trip!

Beautiful apartment in safe neighborhood with views of Eiffel Tower

Property was just as described! Well stocked and had everything we needed. Super quiet location and easy access to metro. While most major attractions are 20-30 mins transit, it was super easy to navigate to. Great surrounding restaurants. Family friendly. Thank you!

Best place to stay in Paris as a family!

This was our first trip to Paris and staying in this apartment made the trip so much easier! It has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and is in such a convenient location to delicious restaurants, cafes, groceries/wine etc. It was well stocked for people coming from out of town. t also has amazing dark out shades to get the best sleep! My family and I absolutely loved it and hope to visit again someday!

Great apartment in the 15th A

Very nice and well discribed on VRBO. 3 adults and two kids (8 & 6) easily accomodated with metro stop on the corner, easy walk to Eiffel Tower, fine local restaurants on a neighborhood street. Super bonus for people coming in early AM....check in is 9 AM. Time to rest up before heading out to enjoy Paris. The owner also provided sufficient necessary items for a full weeks stay, thanks Johno! Easy communidation with a great owner. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment steps from Metro station

Check-in was the simplest of any VRBO rental I’ve booked. We rang the bell, the care taker immediately opened her window and confirmed who I was, handed me the keys and we were in. The apartment is a good size, nicely furnished, and well maintained. The owner was responsive and proactive. One of the adjacent apartments had children whose playing/footsteps we could hear a little bit, but it was during the day and not disruptive. Only minor note is that there are 1.5 bathrooms, one has only a toilet and sink, we would have preferred 2 full baths. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Great flat!

This flat was perfect for our family! The place was so nice and the location was everything! A market, bakery and stores all nearby! The deck was a wonderful way to end night. You can walk to the taxis and we walked to the Eiffel Tower with no issues at all but also close to metro. Highly recommend!
