The facilities in the appt were good. It was perfect for tourists like ourselves who were spending most of the days enjoying Paris. The connection with the Property Manager was excellent and I received responses and action immediately. Recommendations - New sheet for Sofa Bed would be good. Fan to be available for upstairs living area when temp was high. On the whole very enjoyable trip

A good compromise

The accommodation, very close to public transport and in a strategic position, is the result of the reconversion of an urban shop and faces the street with large opaque windows. The double bed is located under the ground level, in a slightly claustrophobic room for the very low ceiling. The overall cleaning is good and the solution is an acceptable compromise for non-demanding travellers.

The place was dirty!!! The floors, counters and bathroom were not clean! Lots of dirt on the walls and floors! The sofa was an absolute train wreck! All needs to be cleaned and spruced up. The bed down stairs was clean and comfortable, but beyond that…good luck! Also, there was no toilet paper when we arrived after a long day of travel. Just be aware of the short comings when booking.

Petite et sale

L’avertissement Abritel indique que c'est un "bel appartement", et il a l'air propre sur les photos. Ce n’est ni l’un ni l’autre. Nous étions très insatisfaits de cet appartement. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit (nous en avions réservé sept) et avons trouvé un nouveau logement. En plus de nous sentir mal à l'aise d'avoir des enfants endormis dans l’appartement et de sentir les égouts à notre arrivée, nous ne pensons pas que cela corresponde à la description. Plus précisément en ce qui concerne la les possibilités de cuisiner. Il n'y a pas de cuisine, seulement une kitchenette sans la capacité de préparer et de cuisiner des aliments. Il n'y a pas de poêle, seulement un micro-onde. Il n'y a pas de tasses, seulement 4 verres. Il prétend y avoir un coin pour manger, mais il n'y a que quelques petites tablet basses et deux chaises en plastique branlantes. L’appartement également nécessite nettoyage en profondeur. Les rideaux doivent être lavés. Il y a ce qui semble être de la moule au-dessus de la douche. La surface a été nettoyée, mais aucun nettoyage de surface ne peut rendre cet endroit propre. Il était très difficile de trouver une place de parking. La rue de Gauthey donnait également une assez mauvaise impression à notre arrivée. Cependant, le quartier à proximité est très agréable avec de nombreux restaurants et magasins. Le logement peut bien convenir aux adultes qui ne craignent pas la saleté dans les coins et qui prennent tout au plus un petit-déjeuner simple.
