Pretty studio and courtyard in the heart of a "village" in Paris, a quiet area, the trendiest neighborhoods of the moment are in a quarter of an hour.
We put at your disposal a studio equipped with a sofa double bed, a kitchenette and a shower room.
Métro Gambetta 100m, you will find many shops nearby.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave and a coffee machine.
The shower room has shower and toilet.
You will sleep on a sofa "HOTEL kind" in the main room.

Excellent Flat in Parisian Neighborhood

I stayed at Yves’ flat with my 18 year old daughter for a 4 day trip to Paris. The flat was very comfortable and it was easy to access the Metro to get to other parts of the city. Although we went to tourist sites throughout Paris, we enjoyed coming back to this flat every evening because it is a quiet location. The bed is a fold out from the sofa which worked fine for our stay and the kitchen had cooking utensils in case you want to make your own food. Best of all was the espresso machine which made excellent coffee. Thank you Yves!

Gem of a Studio in Paris 20e

We had a lovely stay in Paris! Jean Yves’ studio was clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally situated near metros (Gambetta/ Père Lachaise), grocery stores, boulangeries and more. We will definitely book again, the courtyard was a huge bonus. Highly recommend!!

Bien situé

À deux pas du Père Lachaise et proche de toutes les commodités ( marché public le samedi matin à proximité). Les proprios sont très sympathiques et de bonnes ressources lorsqu’on a besoin d’informations concernant notre séjour. Petit studio bien équipé et tranquille. Lieu idéal pour un séjour en solo où à deux.

Quiet place although central

Wir waren in den letzten 7 Jahren mindestens 2 Mal im Jahr in in Paris. Aber niemals in der gleichen Ferienwohnung da alle sehr hellhörig waren . Diese Ferienwohnung ist die einzige und erste in die ich jederzeit wieder zurück kehren würde wenngleich auch sie nicht sonderlich gut isoliert ist aber.... Sie haben keine angrenzenzenden Nachbarn. Lediglich die Vermieter die im ersten Stock wohnen. Und diese sind sehr rücksichtsvoll. Zudem ist die kleine Wohnung super sauber, absolut klasse ausgestattet, die Bilder auf fewo direkt sind 100% original. Eigentlich möchte ich die Wohnung gar nicht weiterempfehlen da ich hoffe dass diese wunderschöne Oase nicht permanent ausgebucht ist. Tolle kleine Restaurants um die Ecke, Friedhof père lachaise ebenso keine 2 Minuten zu Fuß und sehr gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt von Paris! Ansonsten bitte die (positiven) anderen Rezensionen lesen. Es war wirklich sehr schön! Jean Yves et Claudia je vous remercie pour tout. On se reverra ! C'est sûr !

Petit bijou à la portée de tout jouissant d'une tranquilité surprenante.

Un tout petit studio aménagé de façon très fonctionnelle, fini et équipé de matériaux et appareils de qualité dans la résidence de propriétaires occupants. Relation avec les propriétaires très conviviale. Ils nous ont été d'un précieux conseil à tous points de vue. Légèrement hors centre, mais métro, bus et tram à 2 pas. Tous les services requis sont également à 2 pas. Seuls points négatifs (si l'on doit en trouver), le confort du canapé lit (le canapé est annoncé!) éclairage limité pour cuisiner (mais si vous voulez vous y mettre, tout le matériel y est!) Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet établissement. Tout ce qui est annoncé est exact, texte et photos. Merci pour votre accueil!

3 mots: Accueil, Tranquillité , Voisinage.

Les propriétaires font tout ce qu'il faut pour recevoir leurs visiteurs avec tous les égards... De la belle ouverture sur l'heure d'arrivée, en passant par un petit tour du quartier si désiré, nos hôtes rendent le séjour dans ce très convivial 20 mc des plus agréables. L'appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée et permet l'usage exclusif de la cour intérieure . Rue très calme où ne circulent que les résidents du quartier. La place voisine (Gambetta) est agréable; le métro est tout près, les commerces sont à l'échelle humaine... On se sent les bienvenus partout. Bref; c'est notre 2ième visite; et on vient de décréter que cet appart sera notre pied à terre parisien... Merci Christine et Jean-Yves de votre chaleureux accueil. Hélène et François Deux québécois contents de leur séjour à Paris.

Small very clean and cute property. Sweet friendly couple who want your stay to be amazing. I would suggest a fan for nights as Americans like it cool to sleep:) Many great places to eat or hop on the subway to see the sites.

GREAT LITTLE SPOT TO STAY

Christine and Jean-Yves were extremely welcoming and helpful. The studio is just as it is in the photos. Lovely little sunny courtyard with table and benches. They showed us where and how everything worked. The studio is small but perfectly equipped...fantastic bean to cup coffee machine, full to the brim and ready to go. Kettle for tea if you prefer. Microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, hairdryer it's all there. Good shower in a very clean modern bathroom. Towels were provided. Sofa bed was extremely easy to use and comfortable. The studio is to the side and below their house with its own entrance to the street through the utility room, so while the owners are close at hand should you need help or advise it still feels very private. We chose this studio as it was a direct Metro line (line 3, Exit to Place Gambetta) from the Eurolines coach station in Gallieni. This line was also very useful for getting into central Paris, takes approx. 10-15 minutes. Also starting from here in Gambetta is the No. 69 bus which makes a great alternative, it goes into central Paris, stopping at major sites such as Louvre, Musee D'Orsay Pompidou centre etc, you can buy a ticket from the driver €2 or simply use a metro ticket (which works out much cheaper). The Cemetery is literally 1 minute walk away and well worth looking around for a few hours or more. The area around the studio is really pleasant and was a lovely peaceful place to come back to after a busy day in central Paris. In fact it is like a mini Paris, plenty of typically Parisian houses, plenty of bars and bistros to eat and drink at, just less hectic and very welcome! There is a corner shop directly on the short walk back from the Metro station and we easily found 3 larger supermarkets to pick up supplies from. There seems to be concern from people about being " this far out from the centre" can I reassure everyone it is not like being stuck out in the countryside! It really is a great spot with easy access to all you want. Be sure to seek out the Metro entry/exit that still has its Art Nouveau Sign and light, one of only a few left. So overall we can only praise the owners, the studio, the price, and the area. Highly highly recommended. 5 stars +.
