The Space:
Welcome to this stylish 29 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue des Archives in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The flat has an en-suite shower room, the toilet is situated in a separate water closet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a tv, dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is compact but well equipped: mini fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
Rue des Archives runs through the heart of the Marais, one of Paris's most vibrant and historically rich neighbourhoods. The street itself is lined with elegant architecture, independent shops and cafés, and sits just moments from the Place des Vosges, Paris's oldest and most beautiful square.
The Marais is renowned for its galleries, boutiques and some of the city's best restaurants and wine bars, all packed into a remarkably walkable area. The Musée Picasso, the Centre Pompidou and the Jewish Quarter of Rue des Rosiers are all close by, as are the weekend antiques markets around the Hôtel de Ville. Notre-Dame and the Île Saint-Louis are a short walk across the Seine.
For transport, Hôtel de Ville (lines 1 and 11) and Rambuteau (line 11) are both nearby. The location is also very walkable, with the Latin Quarter, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the 1st arrondissement all reachable on foot in under twenty minutes.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
