Good location but small for a family

All new, confortable bed. The shower did not heat properly for more than 2 people. Small luggage prefered.

Not that great

This small apartment was mostly as listed, but a few things to point out. The bed was not at all comfortable. It seemed to sink in the middle. No where to hang anything: coats, towels, etc. Bathroom smelled musty. Microwave is mounted on lightweight brackets, looked like it was about to fall off the wall. The ladder to the sleeping loft is slippery, owner should consider adding some traction. We liked the neighborhood quite well, and the park is beautiful. Close to metro which was great, but the apartment was subpar.

Place is clean and decent

Too many emails and texts that interferes with my trip from the property management company. I will only rent from a personal owner in the future. The French company is not easy to work with and beware they ask for an additional $250 damage down payment through a French company Swikly, that none of my American credit cards would do business with this company, and the property management company would not work with me or take a direct payment, or refund my money. They advised me to try another credit card or ask someone else to put the down payment on their card. I complained to VRBO but they did nothing.

HS : lave-linge, cafetière. Défectueux : support pomme douche, ne tient pas. Salle de bain: une goutte tombe du plafond, devant le lavabo. Manque : tire bouchon, petite cuillère.
