Located in the famous "Marais", 5 minutes walk from Beaubourg, a very lively area with many pedestrian streets giving access to trendy restaurants and bars, as well as trendy shops. The area is rich in museums and close to public transport.

Spacious 21 m2 air-conditioned studio on the 4th floor without lift, in a building completely renovated in 2020, which includes:

- A double bed and a single sofa bed
- A dining table with 4 chairs
- Lounge area to relax with a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven...)
- A shower room with toilet
- Internet via fibre

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.


We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best possible. As specified in our house rules, check-in starts at 3pm and there is an additional charge for late arrivals:
From 7pm to 11pm: 30 euros
After 11pm: 50 euros

My accommodation is located 9 minutes walk from the famous department stores': BHV.
and 1 minute from the big supermarket Monoprix (5 rue des Haudriettes)

My flat is very well served by public transport, which can easily take you to the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré-Cœur or the Arc de Triomphe.

I advise you to go for a walk towards the rue de Bretagne which is rich in bars and small typically Parisian shops.
