We had a fabulous stay. The location was really convenient for Metro & the train station meaning exploring Paris was easy. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The room was clean, comfy beds, excellent air conditioning, great shower with good water pressure. Lovely view from the room. We would absolutely book this hotel again.

The room was a bit small but for the price, I can't really complain. The convenience to transportation was the best part of the local. Just a five minute walk to the Gare de L'est Metro. Took about 45-50 minutes to get to the airport.

Decent property if you need a place to sleep while visiting Paris. Don't expect too much from the hotel. Lady at service desk challenged me.about whether breakfast was part of my room and board, even though I had paid for it, at the point of check in. There was also no working safe in my room. Unfortunately when we arrived the reception area seemed to be having a rennovation and was therefore quite cluttered and dusty with wires showing from where electronics/desks etc were being moved. We arrived around 22:00 and the staff said they were changing over and we needed to wait before we could check in. This seemed slightly inconvenient but we were however offered hot drinks while we waited and the staff were very apologetic about this and otherwise very friendly and welcoming. The lift was quite dirty and noisy/rattling going up in it which seemed disconcerting and one day did not work at all. As well as this the room it self was quite small with some mould in the shower. The bed was comfortable however and we didn’t have any issues with noise. Overall an average stay but slightly better priced than other central hotels in Paris.

**Disappointing Experience** The location of the hotel is convenient as it’s close to the subway, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The staff at the hotel were poorly trained and failed to inform us about important details, like the fact that breakfast was not included in our stay. During a previous stay at a hotel in Brussels, we were clearly informed that breakfast wasn’t included, but the staff kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast. However, at this hotel in Paris, there was no such communication. We unknowingly picked up our breakfast and were about to start eating when a staff member quietly asked for our room number. We were confused and decided to check with the reception, only to find out that breakfast was not included. We left without eating, but to our frustration, we were still charged for it. This incident spoiled our vacation. Additionally, the room itself was lacking essential amenities. There was no iron, refrigerator, or closet, which are expected in a four-star hotel. Overall, I would rate this hotel two stars instead of the three it claims to be.

The shower tub combination was difficult to figure out. And no one could attend to it until the next working day. Sometimes it best to keep plumbing fixtures simple for ease of use. On a positive note, you are steps away from Gare de est making it extremely convenient to get to any part of the city on the metro including the airport. Great connectivity. We stayed 2 nights there as we needed to get to Brussels from Gare du Nord which is 5-7 mins walk from Gare de est station.
