Between Saint Germain et Montparnasse, in the heart of left bank, incredible location, only a few minutes from Notre Dame and Louvre. Located on the 3rd floor of a walking up ancient building, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen.
Welcoming, spacious, this apartment located in the beautiful neoclassical row of the rue du Cherche-Midi, is an ideal nest for a cultural, gastronomic, creative and shopping exploration of the city.
Long or short stay are possible., Week, night, month. Contact us with pleasure!
The flat is crossing, on the 3rd floor without elevator, easy staircase, with double exposure street and raised court, from where its clarity and its ventilation.
The beautiful old wooden floor, carpet, equipment offers comfort and typical Parisian charm.
A parental room with bathroom adjoining toilet and a double sofa space with its bathroom toilet, also adjoining. A thick sliding wall preserves the privacy of this second space.
The kitchen is separated from the dining room. The market and the important household equipment allow you a stay 'as at home'
The dining room is spacious. Many cupboards including in the hall.

Rue du Cherche-Midi, 2 steps from the Bon Marché, Lutétia Brewery, St Germain des Prés.

Nice size apartment for a family of up to four people. It has everything you would need for your stay. The location is perfect in the 6th ar - close to the metro and plenty of shopping/groceries/boulangeries/cafes right on your street. Building is very safe with two entrances that need a code and a special key to enter before climbing the stairs to your apartment ( keep this in mind while packing). We had a very nice stay!

My month long stay was amazing. Communication was excellent and Georges would always respond quickly to any question I had. The place was well stocked with everything I needed. Place was very clean (I’m picky about cleanliness.) The beds are very comfortable and the bath towels and sheets are professionally cleaned. The location is unbelievable - many metro stops as well as bus stops near by. This will be the only place I stay when I return to Paris. Thank you again, Georges, for everything!

The location was great, the host was very responsive when I locked myself out of the apt. but it could have been cleaner and there was a very weird lamp with packing tape securing it to the table which somewhat killed the vibe. However that’s a minor detail and I was able to clean myself, I would stay again because of the amazing location.

Decent place in 6th

Stayed here end of May 2025 for a week. Second time in a Paris apartment so a little bit familiar. Two things of note, the second bed is a pull out sofa bed with about a 4 inch mattress. This wasn't clear to me in the description. Second, the place is very light once the sun comes up, it would be nice to have a black out shade in the back bedroom. If you are a light sleeper bring your own eye mask, but it is not too noisy. Pretty convenient to metro stop and several bus stops, we were able to get most places directly. Food, drug store, and coffee right on the block.

This is a lovely, spacious apartment in a great location. You have access to multiple metro lines within 5-10 minutes walking. It is a safe and comfortable neighborhood. Several excellent bakeries nearby.

Christmas in Paris

Spacious and well-equipped apartment in old and charming building. Location is fantastic - we walked to Notre-Dame, Musee d'Orsay, Eiffel Tower, and pretty much everywhere we wanted to go except for a great bakery in the 10th Arrondissement (Du Pain et des Idées - best pain au chocolat ever) which was a single metro ride away. Neighborhood is lively, with bakeries, wine shops, cafes, restaurants, everything you could want - but rainy days meant we also spent a lot of time in the apartment, which is cosy and has everything you need to relax and even cook. Coffee is made with electric tea kettle and cafetiere (there is a Nespresso machine too but ugh) and there are plenty of cups, glasses, plates etc.Just one warning - as stated on the landing page (but which I ignored as this was a first for me in 20 years of VRBOing), utilities are not included and we incurred 216 of charges in our 8-day stay, which were billed separately from your initial list of charges. It's winter and we like to stay warm, but that's more than I pay for a month in DC.Other than that, it was a great stay, with no hiccups, and definitely one for a return trip.

The apartment was exactly as pictured and everything was great. It’s a lively neighborhood -we walked (or metro-ed) everywhere easily. We had everything needed to cook our own dinner several nights. Lots of fans to help with the summer heat. Highly recommend!

Perfect Paris stay in great neighborhood

This is the ideal Paris apartment: spacious, light, airy and immaculate, in one of the most interesting neighborhoods in Paris, a short walk to 4 different metro stops and bus stops. During my month stay I often returned home late from the theater or opera and alway felt safe walking home from the metro. It was perfect from the first moment I arrived. Georges was there to greet me and show me the apartment which was immaculate!. He took time to tell me about the many neighborhood restaurants, the best boulangerie, the closest convenience store, He was so helpful and welcoming that I immediately felt at home. I slept in the back bedroom overlooking the courtyard. It was quiet even when I opened the big window. A friend who visited me stayed in the front bedroom overlooking the street. The pullout bed was very comfortable and private with the solid sliding wall. Some evenings she could hear voices from the restaurants below but solved the problem by running a fan they provided in the apartment. The living room was spacious with lots of sitting area. The kitchen, though small had everything including an oven and dishwasher along with more pots and kitchen appliances than I needed. There was a washing machine in the larger bathroom. For me cleanliness is a major necessity and this place was thoroughly cleaned. The bed linen's were even commercially washed and ironed! It was a perfect one month stay which I plan on repeating!

Great Experience

I stayed for a month. The neighborhood is ideal. The street is quiet (no busses or heavy traffic,) but has many conveniences. Lots of public transportation close by. The apartment was clean with a fresh coat of paint. Plenty of space and light. Very comfortable.

Great place for a long stay in Paris

The location is convenient for just about anywhere you want to go. Several bus and métro lines close by. It is also within walking distance to parks and museums. The apartment has a spacious feel and is well furnished. The kitchen is modern with a full sized refrigerator. We were there for three months and and it felt like our second home. With the large windows open the street sounds were pleasant and added to the Parisian feel. We visit Paris often and this apartment is at the top of our list.

Great location!

Perfect location. Beds are comfortable. Very roomy and quiet. Be mindful that there are three flights of steps. You might want to bring an extra towel and don’t forget soap. Overall it was an excellent stay.

Great spot in 6th.

Great location, with 5 metro stations within walking distance. Seven windows insured good cross ventilation, so we did not miss AC in the middle of the heath wave. Georgio was prompt in getting us a coffee press, a microwave and a new TV clicker. The two bedrooms being at opposite ends of apartment gave everyone privacy. After reserving and cancelling two years in a row (Covid) I am glad that we finally did get to stay there this year. Claire
