The Urban Flat in Paris Team is happy to welcome you in this charming apartment in the heart of Paris.



We are pleased to inform you that whatever the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.

In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.



The apartment in Paris city has 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 7 people.

The apartment is homely, is fully-equiped.

The property is located 50 m from U Express supermarket, 150 m from Station Sentier . The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood close to a shopping area and restaurants.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, electric heating, air-conditioned, 3 TVs.

In the open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

This apartment is on the first floor with no elevator.





We are happy to give you access to our GYM for FREE, located on 5 rue du Ponceau, 75002, open everyday from 9am to 6pm. Please book your time slot either at our agency on 19 rue du Caire 75002.



Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.

Paris flat with Missing Toilet...

Ok location being centralized in the city. However, this flat gets all the noise from the Pub and Pizza place just below it. In order to keep somewhat cool, YOU HAVE TO KEEP your windows open. This makes it VERY loud in the place with the outside activity. The place advertised 2-toilets, however only had 1-toilet. This became a big problem during our stay. We specifically shopped for places with 2-toilets
