Great flat in a great part of Paris

This flat worked very well for our families but had no kitchen supplies or cleaning supplies.

Wonderful location, otherwise fine

The location of this property & number of beds is the main reason we stayed here. Everything else with the building was fine.. the neighbors yelled at us in the hallway to be quiet at normal hour of the day (11am) when we were having a very normal-level conversation. We ran out of toilet paper on day 2 of our 4 day stay. When I contacted the hosting company, they said they would bring more over the next day but never did. There was nothing in the rules that said we would have to cover our own toilet paper, either. The property listed air conditioning as an amenity of this property, which is one of the main reasons we chose it. Upon arrival it was hot in the flat and the AirCon was not working. When I contacted them, they had me do the work of turning off all of the electricity in the flat in hopes to reset the AirCon.. long story short, the AirCon never ended up working during our entire stay. When I asked for a partial refund for the trouble with the Toilet paper and AirCon, they ignored me. The flat also lacks enough plates, kitchen wares, cutlery, extra garbage bags for the amount of guests it is able to accommodate. I would not recommend this stay, you will get much better service in a hotel.
