Located near the heart of Paris, this cosy and modern loft of 65m2, with a view of the Parisian rooftops, is ideal for a group, couple or a family.
This area between Nation and Bastille, and warm and authentic, will offer you everything you need (Shops, Art Galleries, restaurants, shopping centers, PRINTEMPS, as well as many sites of our wonderful city)

The accommodation
This quiet loft is an ideal cocoon for a romantic stay, a holiday or a weekend to be inspired or to feel at home during a business trip!
It is equipped with a large 160x200 bed, a 2-seater folding sofa and a 1-seater sofa bed
You will find a fully equipped kitchen to reveal your chef's soul (oven, microwave, coffee machine...) which can be transformed into a bar to test your bartending skills, living room equipped with a smart TV and a video projector, the bathroom equipped with a bathtub that you can enjoy to relax.
You will also have access to a fabulous and large terrace not overlooked on which to have breakfast or simply enjoy a sunny relaxation area in the open air.
A bed for Baby is available on request and of course I will be happy to accommodate any other request whatsoever.
Traveller access
Entire accommodation as well as large terrace.
A bicycle can be made available to you.
