Die Gardinen im Wohnzimmer sind mit viel schimmel. Unten die Räume keine Lüftungs Möglichkeit. Es riecht immer stickig. Die Gegend war gut, alled fußläufig erreichbar. Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Metro usw.auch an dem Standort gibt es viel zu sehen. Neben dem Appartement ist ein kleiner Kiosk, ist praktisch aber manchmal standen komische Typen am Fenster.
