Charming 4-room apartment of 67m² with a large terrace of 20m² located in a private and secure residence in a quiet area.

Sleeps up to 7 people (+ baby).

This flat has :
- 3 bedrooms (2 single beds + 1 double bed + 1 pull-out bed for 2 people), plus a sofa bed (for 1 person) in the living room
- a living room with Smart TV and dining table with direct access to a large 20m² terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast or a drink with family or friends
- a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.)
- bathroom with bath
- separate WC with washing machine
- a cot, pushchair, high chair, baby bath and crockery are available for the little ones.

A private underground parking space is available free of charge in the residence, as well as a high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

Close to Paris and Disneyland Paris, the flat is ideally located at :
- 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by public transport from Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney Studios
- 12 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus from the Val d'Europe shopping centre.

You'll be close to Montévrain town centre and all amenities: bakery, hairdresser, supermarket, gym, etc.
