“We had a family reunion with more than 60 people. The home and apartment was the perfect size for the size of the group with enough sleep options and open space to where we did feel like we were on top of each other the whole time we were there. Plenty of parking and enough grass area for outside activities. The hosts were great to work with and responded quickly to our questions through our our stay. Access to the clubhouse was a plus and we enjoyed the private beach for the water activities.……

“This is a great house for large gatherings. The 2 very large rooms filled with numerous bunk beds were a big hit with my grandkids.Location is ideal, beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. The clubhouse with two pools and a hot tub was fun. The private beach was great, but crowded. We had a few minor issues that Heidi quickly resolved. We hope to stay at this great place again.”

“Our stay at Jess and Ryan’s place was wonderful. They gave very detailed descriptions on where to park, the condo was clean, and it had everything we needed and more. They were so gracious to refund us our pet fee after we ended up having to put our dog down before our trip to Bear Lake. Once we checked in, we found a couple of small odd things on the property but Ryan was so responsive. This rental’s location to the pool cannot be beat. “Great property, we really enjoyed our stay. The kids really loved the pool, which was right across the street. Although we didn't have time to enjoy the hot tub and sauna, they both looked like they worked. The AC worked great as well. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. We even used the outdoor pizza oven, which didn't go as well as we hoped, but that was on us. We also loved that we could walk to the local grocery store. All in all, great place. ”
