"Quality of place in general - attentiveness of staff on arrival ( very late ) and during stay overall . Couldn't fault it we had a lovely time "

"Room superb. Free bottle of prosecco and mini bar topped up daily of fizzy drinks, water and milk to utilise with coffee machine and kettle for tea. Great hot tub on roof and sauna, sauna has to be booked prior to use. Staff very friendly, even went above and beyond for us when our Auschwitz tour got rearranged for a 5am leave and they organised for a lunch box to he made up for us with us missing breakfast. Very impressed and would definitely be my go to hotel should I ever revisit Krakow."

"Room was clean, couldn’t really hear outside noise or that between rooms. We really liked the free coffee machine and made use of that a few times plus staff were very friendly."

"Room was very clean, bed was comfy and staff were nice and efficient. As i arrived late after a long day and i wanted to rest, i was checked jn quickly given my room key and that was excellent. The brekafast served in the morning was awesome, fruit, pastries, yoghurt, juice, coffee and lots more. Location was good, there is a tram stop out the front and other forms of transport are close walking distance. Very good hotel overall, shame i only stayed for one night "

"Clean hotel not too far from the city centre. Staff was helpful but some were not the most friendly. Thankfully the staff on the next day in the morning was amazing and so friendly and helpful. Rooms are ok size but functional. "

"Excellent hotel, great location. We liked the 10/15 minute walk to the old town. The hotel is great, staff are amazing. Rooms are a little small but certainly not uncomfortable. The decor is great, I was worried it would be a bit much but it was perfect. Check in and out quick and easy and luggage storage was useful and secure. Light in the sauna didn’t work, tv kept turning itself off after a few minutes (not there for tv but..), no soap in the public toilet, no extraction in the bathroom. But that is as much as I can fault so it’s small. Breakfast was very good, quality and fresh and really have to say again that the staff were really nice and helpful "

"Nice hotel with great food and friendly attentive staff. Close to the river and a tram stop. Old town about a 25 min walk or 5 mins on the tram. "
