Located steps from the ski lift and a short walk to downtown shops, eateries, and entertainment, this home offers a peaceful retreat near all the action. The open layout seamlessly blends the kitchen, living, and dining areas, flooded with natural light from large sliding glass doors. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, dine at the 4-person table or kitchen bar, and unwind in the living room by the wood-burning fireplace. Or, step outside and relax on the private patio while enjoying the scenic views.



When you are ready to call it a night the home features 2 spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king-size bed and the second bedroom is great for sharing, with 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms include ample storage space with dressers and closets. The full bathroom provides added privacy with a separate toilet and bathtub/shower. Guests enjoy shared amenities including laundry, a pool, a hot tub, and a sauna.

Within walking distance of both the city and the slopes, you couldn't be in a better location for your Park City adventures. Head out the front door and find yourself in the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and along Main Street, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, museums, and other unique entertainment options. The home is only a 2-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting Park City's world-class ski resorts within steps of your front door.



Getting Around:

With its incredible location, you are within walking distance of Park City's Historic Old Town, Main Street, and the Park City Town Lift, which provides direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. Additionally, you are less than a 10-minute walk from the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts, as well as nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE, as is the Main Street trolley, which is a great option for exploring the Park City Historic District.



Uber and Lyft are also always available.

Nice unit, good location…

but were given single sheets for the sofa bed and then the managers asked what size sheets were needed for it! By the time communication done meant two nights before received. I accidentally left a small bag with clothes in apartment and let them know the afternoon of checkout but it was never found apparently. Otherwise all was as expected from the description. Found cushions in a cupboard to make sofa comfortable to sit on Good outside spa - fun for apres skiing.

Bathroom from 1985

Bad customer service. I asked to speak with a manager at the start of my trip, but no local manager was available to talk. The entire place needs to be rehabbed. All appliances are from the 80s or 90s. This place is banking 100% on its location. The bathroom was circa 1985 with no upgrades or repairs. .
