Great stay at The Lift

The Lift is a really well- located modern condo in the Canyons. It is convenient to ski in-ski out, dining, and apres ski. Our unit was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The third bedroom was an interior room and did not have a window, which was not described on the listing. It was not as comfortable for our teens as the other rooms. However, all in all we had a great and very easy stay. The regional manager of Vacasa Bethany was very helpful!

Nice condo. Well done. Spacious, but expensive, and for the price, it could be a lot better. We were there 9 nights, and the place was not cleaned even once. NOT EVEN ONCE. It could have been cleaned at least once in 3 days. Also, it is advertised as "ski in, ski out" but the lift next to the property does not work. So, overall a nice condo, but overpriced for what it offers.

Stunning and well appointed. Perfect location.

The property exceeded our expectations. It is large, new, and very well decorated with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The dedicated ski lift for this property made the true ski in/ ski out perfect for our family. The proximity to the Canyon’s amenities made the apres ski effortless. We will definitely stay again.

Well Done

The place was beautiful and well run. Only complaint was height of kitchen cabinets (very high) and distance from door to heated pool (far on cold day!) but these complaints are obviously minor and thus make it clear how excellent the overall experience was.

Fine. Nice Unit.

I'm usually not someone to write much, but there we several factors that changed our experience. The unit itself was fine, as advertised, clean and as expected. We were happy with our choice. We just ran into several things that changed it. One of the toliets kept running unless you pulled the cover off to put the seal thingy down. The oven didn't work. We had several people try it both on Bake and Convection and it wouldn't heat. We had brought food to prepare in the oven and had to adjust our dinner plans. Thirdly, the pool closed with we were there. It was the sole reason I booked this place as we had planned hikes and then relax at the pool while visiting family. Now when I was trying to get the above issues resolved, I didn't really know who to contact as The Lift said it is VRBOs problem and I didn't get any real resolution from the other number that was texting me other than I should try to fix the toliet and "check if it was sealing". The oven clearly is a bigger problem. And, not much could have changed about the pool. It was overall, I guess fine, cuz I can make due for just about anything. They did give us free late checkout, but that only came after several confusing text messages and me getting frustrated enough to ask for it for free. I received 3 different prices before they actually granted the free rate. I don't know, again, unit was mostly fine, but I would say my overall experience was a little disappointing with the other issue.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We started off our Thanksgiving holiday in a comfortable VBRO in another complex that turned into a plumbing nightmare on the second day of our stay. We persevered thinking all would turn out well but that was not to be. Our Turnkey contact was able to get us this beautiful condo for our last couple of days in PC. Well stocked, comfortable, and fantastic!

Almost perfect rental

Unit was new, clean & wonderful. TONS of construction in the area & if unit had faced front rather than back I might have been very disappointed- the construction needs to be disclosed in much more detail. Only other - very minor- flaw is it takes a solid 5-7 minutes for hot water to come out of shower. TVs are also a bit “messed up” - we needed front desk up multiple times to fix. But overall - a great stay.

Beautiful condo

Lift is an outstanding building with a top notch location. Turnkey was hard to work with, changed the check in time without our agreement and the property had linens from previous tenants when we arrived.
