The location was excellent. There was a shuttle that even took you into Park city town. The amenities were great, as was the communication with the property manager. Very much enjoyed staying here. Everything was very smooth

Terrible service and deceiving online posting

While the unit that i rented was as described in the pictures and in one of the buildings of the Hyatt centric, the online description is deceiving. This unit is offer with NO housekeeping service, and even to disposed the garbage is complicated, because this is NOT a unit operated by Hyatt. To dispose the garbage you have to cross the street to go to the main building, and take the elevator to the basement. When i tried to give it to the housekeppers in the floor, they said this unit is not operated by Hyatt. The MB toilet is not working properly and gets clogged all the time, and Hyatt will not send their maintenance for the same reason. They promote L'occitane toiletries, but they only supply 2 bar soaps, 2 small gels, 2 small shampoos and 2 small lotions for 4 people (2 bathrooms). I contacted the property manager by VRBO website, and i did not hear from them until i check-out. I do not recommend this unit, unless it is managed by a responsive property manager or the Hyatt itself.

Perfect Location

This is the perfect location. It was close to everything but removed enough to not feel Busy or crowded. The pool and hot tubs are worn and could use an upgrade. The floor in the kitchen is sloped as is walking into the second bedroom, but it was very nice and provided plenty of room. Overall great place. We would love to stay again.
