Just steps from the Park City Canyons ski slopes and Flat Iron ski lift, your adventure begins with the thrill of the slopes and the beauty of the surrounding mountains. From the top of Dreamscape and Dreamcatcher lifts, take the Trance/Sandman ski run to Flat Iron lift, and your walk home is just across the street. Expert skiers can ski through the trees directly to the house from the Pipe Dream lift.



The moment you enter your vacation home, an indoor sports court, ping pong table, and TV sitting area await to kickstart your vacation fun. This luxurious three-level Colony Chalet boasts 5,932 sq ft with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms, all accessible by an elevator. This home comfortably sleeps 16, perfect for large groups or two families.



Kitchen:

The well-appointed kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials needed to prepare hearty meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a charming dining area with a large table seating ten, plus a bar table for an additional three guests, perfect for hosting unforgettable dinners with family and friends. Have a passion for outdoor cooking in any season? Just outside the kitchen doors, a beautiful built-in BBQ gas grill awaits.



Living:

Enter the living area and feel immediately enveloped by warmth and tranquility. Bedroom 2: The second guest bedroom on the middle level has a queen-size bed and access to a shared bathroom with a step-in shower, also located on the middle level.

Bedroom 3: This large sleeping bedroom comfortably sleeps twelve with its three built-in Queen bunk beds, each featuring a queen-size mattress. The spacious en-suite bathroom includes two showers, two toilets, and four sinks, easily accommodating all guests in this room.

Two additional half bathrooms are conveniently located upstairs and downstairs in the home.

Ski Access:

Ski Out - To access skiing from the house, walk from garage down driveway and down to the Flatiron Chairlift. From garage it is about 120 yards. If the chairlift is not yet open at the beginning of the season there is a shuttle van parked, where the

entrance to lift is on road.



Ski Back

Return back to base of Flatiron lift by skiing down from the top of Dreamcatcher/Dreamscape by following the Trance run.
