    New single family home with gorgeous views of Old Town. 12 minute walk to Town Lift (or 6 minutes to the shops and restaurants on Main St) and a 5 minute drive to Deer Valley Resort.

    Have the best vacation of your life! Bright, luxurious, modern 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with expansive glass doors opening onto large deck to create indoor/outdoor space overlooking Old Town and the mountain resort. Amazing views, cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and top of the line finishes. 1 car garage plus 1 additional parking space on heated driveway.

    Large master bedroom with fireplace, desk/work area and en-suite bath with steam shower on the second floor. Three additional bedrooms and two baths on lower level.

    Easily accessible to both Park City and Deer Valley, yet very private on an attractive, peaceful dead end street lined with luxurious mansions.

Fantastic, Close to Town

Beautiful new house in the hills overlooking downtown park city. House is well laid out and was perfect for our group of six friends for a weekend ski trip. Easily walk into town for dinner or shopping and it is easy to get an Uber pick up to take you to any of the ski mountains in town.

Park city annual visit

Greg’s house was perfect for our group of friends! Everything was as advertised and Greg was a great communicator. We could easily walk back from the town after hitting Main Street and it was super convenient to the slopes. We loved the steam shower and the heated garage as extras but the place was just wonderful overall. Would definitely stay again!

One suggestion: the only shower soap provided was some sort of weird apple cinnamon strudel body wash. All of us hated it. Maybe provide a standard bar soap as an option, at the very least? I don’t want to smell like a fresh baked muffin all week.

This house was perfect for our family! Close to the ski resorts and also a short walk to Main Street. The host and house manager would very helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again!

Great house! Very comfortable, close to everything. Very much appreciated the stocked items (soap/shampoo/conditioner, teas/coffees, etc). Wonderful views (as shown in the listing, but really great in person). (VRBO review wouldn't let me proceed without reviewing skiing, but we were here for fall hiking, which was superb!)

95 per cent great place. Navigating living room tv was challenging. Need some instructions. Need more bath towels (3 for whole house), hand towels (only one) wash cloths (none). Glad for the washer/dryer. Views were great! Location is close to downtown, however it is a climb back to the house. Very clean. Would rent again.

Perfect ski vacation!

Everything about this house is perfect. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. We loved enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony around the fireplace watching the sunset behind the mountains. Great property…we will be back!
