DEER VALLEY TOWNHOME (3B/3.5BATH): GREAT LOCATION & PERFECT YEAR-ROUND DESTINATION... Walk to Slopes, Trails or Shops and Restaurants at Silver Lake Village and the Famous Stein Erickson Lodge. The spacious, tri level townhouse features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 8. There is one full bedroom and bathroom with dedicated TVs located on each level. Enjoy time together and mountain views from the open concept kitchen, dining and living room with vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace and cozy, window seat. Outdoor patio with BBQ is perfect for entertaining or quiet, morning coffee. This property also features a 2-car garage, washer/drier and private jacuzzi.

How about Main Street dinning and shopping? The “free bus” stop is only steps away and super easy and friendly to use.

Wonderful slope-side home! 10/10 recommend!

The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, conveniently located, and everything we could ask for. It has easy, walkable access to Silver Lake, and is a short drive/ bus to town, and everything Park City had to offer. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, and common spaces were cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day outdoors. The kitchen was well-appointed and stocked for us to cook. We loved the dining nook for family meals. We appreciated the prompt, friendly communication from the property manager, and would definitely stay here again! Truly fantastic home! Thank you for hosting us for our family vacation!

The Perfect Mountain Hideaway

This property is absolutely amazing! It is in a perfect location in Park City-short ride to Main Street where you are so close to restaurants and shops. You will find all the comforts of your own home here. The kitchen is stocked with anything you would need if you're in the mood to cook. The beds are extremely comfortable as well. With the mountain air coming through the windows, you will have no trouble sleeping! The complex is very quiet and walking distance to various hiking trails. There is a lovely deck where you can sit out and enjoy your morning coffee as you admire the views. It's a perfect property if just travelling with a couple of people or a large family. You will not be disappointed with all this place has to offer.

Great Mountain Retreat for the family!

We decided to spend a weekend in the mountains and this was the perfect place! Great location between Park City and Deer Valley. Our family had a great time enjoying the area and then hanging out playing games, going on walks, and hot-tubbing at the house. This would be a great place for a couples trip with some friends too. I'll definitely be booking this house when I come back for skiing in the winter.

Excellent Experience - Great Place

Excellent experience. Clean and nicely upgraded unit with comfortable beds. Superb location and good host communication. We cooked a lot and kitchen had everything we needed. BBQ and jacuzzi were both clean and easy to use. Love that you can see the mountain from the great room. Just a few minutes’ walk to Silver Lake lifts and village. We were also able walk to the Park City Transit bus stop so didn’t even need to use the car to get to Park City. Will book again for sure. Highly recommend.

Amazing Location and luxury Comfort

We highly recommend this home. My wife and family had such a wonderful experience. The views are breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated with all the details you would come to expect in luxury accommodations. Location was walking distance to amazing restaurants and shopping at Silverlake Village and downtown. Wayne our host was very responsive on arrival details and because everything was so well appointed there was no need to contact once we checked in. I'm a freak about clean hot tubs and this one was showroom new! Fantastic after a long day of hiking. We will absolutely stay here again.
