Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.

Excellent Location

This rental is exactly as depicted on the website. The layout is great for families to eat together, talk together and be together yet, ample space for all to have their own space with the square footage provided. It is new and fresh. Great Appliances. They made us jealous of our own kitchens back home. We loved the warmth of the fire place and it helped dry out our wet gloves and hats each day. Access to the home was uncomplicated and clearly laid out with codes and communication with the rental manager easy. The location is perfect for easy access to the main highway to go either direction to Park City, The Cannons, Herber City or back down to Salt Lake. It snowed a lot while we were there and they took great care of the roads. They were instantly plowed and salted both the roads in and the main highway. So travel was never scary or difficult. We would recommend this home for families, friends and ski lovers!
