Quaint, cozy condo in the heart of Old Town, Park City

Cozy, quaint, comfortable condo (840 square feet) in Old Town on upper Park Ave., and a "stones throw" from stairs accessing Main Street. 2 bedroom (queen mattress in one bedroom; bunks-1 full, 1 twin in the second bedroom), 1 bathroom (walk-in shower), full kitchen with amenities; gas fireplace, deck, space for bikes, skis; hot tub; cable-2 tvs & wireless internet, parking space, walking distance to Old Town lift, and walking minutes from hiking, mountain biking, and ski trails!
The condo is a great place to unwind after a day of exploring and adventure, and a cozy place to relax in front of the fire and/or on the deck with a good book, mate(s), and or whatever your viewing choice may be.
This condo is Old Town at its finest: you can enjoy the restaurants, bars, and entertainment on Main Street, knowing that you are only steps away from putting your feet up. The condo and condo area is active and quiet, and the condo possesses a balance of recent renovations and appliances, and original (and creaky) wood floors. It is a great escape and an easy place to call home for your time in Park City!

Loved our ski city stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect- walking distance to everything in Park City and we were able to ski in/ski out with easy access to the Park City trail system! A short drive to other ski mountains in the area as well. We hope to return soon!

Cute, cozy and great location!

Loved our stay at this cozy condo. Easy access to Main Street and town lift for park city. Great hot tub and all the amenities you need. Loved the style of the decor and it looks just like the images on the listing. Chris is great and great communication. We’d definitely stay in this gem again! Perfect for 2-4 ppl max. Thanks!

Quaint and Quirky / Super-nice Owner

This property is very accurately described in text and photos...it's not large, but very cozy with a gas stove warming the living room and comfortable for a small group of people. The Owner was super helpful, checking in regularly via text and providing great advice about the house and surroundings. The location is excellent for accessing restaurants, bars and other downtown Park City amenities, with dozens withing a 10-minute walk. It's fairly good, but not ideal, for skiing access: you can choose a strenuous climb straight upstairs for 2+ blocks to a ski trail that may or may not be open, or walk 10-15 minutes down to the Town Lift. There is a free municipal bus shuttle stop closer, but the various routes are complicated. Or you can drive to one of the ski area parking lots. There are some odd features to this condo...the second bedroom has French doors with see-through glass, so not a lot of privacy. The main bedroom has a raised sitting/storage area with a low ceiling that is not pictured, which has a sort of unfinished feel to it. Other aspects have a work-in-progress look, too, but the bath and kitchen have clearly been recently renovated. I would definitely not want to try to fit five people in the place, especially with one bath and only two spots to eat at the kitchen island. But, for a smaller group, it could be a perfect choice and is very affordably priced. The condo is well equipped with two TVs, cable, CDs, many books, washer-dryer, and a well-outfitted kitchen. The hot tub is shared with the small condo community. Finally, it would be helpful if you appreciate Pearl Jam, as there are numerous posters commerating those titans of grunge.

Park City Gem!

We had a fantastic experience at this property and Chris was the absolute best. The location cannot be beat (walking distance to Main Street, town lift, etc), the condo is clean and cozy and has all the amenities you would need. Chris went out of his was to make us comfortable and happy, and was highly communicative. When we had a small issue with the fireplace he came over right away and fixed it in no time. Looking forward to coming back soon!
