Superb experience

Ski services outstanding, shuttle service hit or miss, great location, great overall experience. The steam shower and indoor hot tub were a big bonus. Full service kitchen but no pots or pans, water dispenser on the refrigerator not operating. Washer/dryer in unit, would definitely book again.

Not for Seniors

Extremely confusing resort with many lodges, elevators that don’t go to your floor and walking a VERY long distance to get to your room. Tried several occasions to park in garage only to find out the elevators don’t go to our level without changing several times . Made us feel trapped in the property because we had to use valet parking the entire visit. Nice property but not for seniors!

Not what we expected, but turned out ok

We had been driving all day with a 1 and 3 year old only to be greeted with jackhammering above our heads as we unpacked our bags and tried to bath our kids to go to bed. Pretty much a worse case scenario after being in the car all day with little kids. But luckily the property manager was easy to get in touch with and was able to get us moved to a different property the next day. We also talked her into buying us dinner, but she was reluctant at first which was very surprising. She came around, but claimed she didn't know anything about the construction which is unbelievable to me. They're remodeling a huge section of rooms. There is no excuse for this, and although we liked the place we got moved to, it was still a big hassle during our few days there. So I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 which i think is really generous. Don't book this room unless you can verify there isn't construction going on near this room anymore. It was no joke. Literally was shaking our room.
