This spacious condo, Snow Flower #125, offers two bedrooms, a loft, and three bathrooms, and is located on the third floor of building III. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.

The well-equipped kitchen is every chef’s dream and allows you to enjoy conversation with your loved ones while preparing your favorite meal. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, tiled back splash, gas range, and stainless-steel appliances. Gather around the dining table to enjoy a meal which offers seating for six.

Unwind on the cozy leather couch and recliners and enjoy the wood-burning fireplace or catch your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV. Access the private balcony through the sliding glass doors which is perfect for après ski in the fresh mountain air.

The main suite, located on the first floor of the condo, includes a luxurious king-sized bed, an abundance of natural light through the picture window, large flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. The en suite bathroom features a shower and bathtub combination with a glass enclosure, granite countertops, and Italian tile work throughout.

The second bedroom, also located on the first floor of the condo, has a comfortable queen-sized bed and a ceiling fan. The shared guest bathroom includes a beautiful bathtub and shower combination with a glass enclosure and Italian tilework throughout.

The loft area has been enclosed with glass windows for additional privacy and includes two twin-sized beds which can be made as a king with at least 24 hours advanced notice, a twin-sized bunk bed, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The third bathroom located by the bunk bed includes a bathtub and shower combination and granite countertops.

For your comfort, condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, three TVs, ceiling fans, a wall safe, and hairdryers in the bathrooms.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
