I noticed that the door stop is broken for the king bedroom. I recommend getting it replaced before you need new mirrors on your closet doors. The main bathroom door hinges are sagging, keeping it from latching closed

Relaxing time minus the broken toe

I feel that the property was taken care of and it was easy to check-in/out. I also thought the use to the Zermatt Hotel amenities was convenient and easy. My only complaint is the furniture located in the master bed room. A 4 poster bed frame is just too large for the space available. It was due to the lack of space between the bed and the TV unit that I broke my toe. I think changing to a nice head board would be more suitable for the space and limit the possibility of someone else having my same toe fate.

Zermatt Resort Villa

We visited Midway to take in the Fall colors the first week of October. When we arrived the hills around the resort were painted red with yellow accents as the Aspens were just starting to turn. Our room faced the hills. The adjacent farm offered horses, cows, wild turkeys and an occasional deer sighting for relaxing entertainment. We rented the two bedroom unit which provided plenty of room for our son and his family to join us for a few days. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities at the resort were wonderful for the kids (ie pool, miniature golf and the amazing bakery). Can wait to return. Thank you!!

We love Zermatt!

This villa was exactly as listed. We love staying at Zermatt with all the resort amenities. The one problem was the master bedroom TV does not work very well. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Not up to normal standards

We picked the location because it is very close to our two daughters who live in Midway. We wanted our privacy and reserved a 2-bedroom unit so that our 10-year old granddaughter could have a sleep-over with us during our stay (she stayed for only 2-nights of our 4-night stay). On the positive side - great location and plenty of space. On the negative side - the building was not appealing, poorly lite in the portico, garbage was overflowing in the outside bins everyday we were there, hallway rugs were dirty, the walk to the main building was ridiculous. In the unit - the king bed - mattress, sheets, pillows, dirty ripped blanket - were horrible, the bedroom furniture too large for the room (making it almost impossible to walk between the bed and the Armour or to open a drawer in the Armour), LR furniture and rugs all needed a good cleaning, three TVs and 2 remotes (?), kitchen was OK because we didn't cook at all. We are going back to Midway next year, but will not be staying at Zermatt.

Great place to stay!

We stayed in this and one other villa for a sisters weekend and this was perfect! The amenities and restaurants at Zermatt are great, and the villas were clean and spacious.
