"I requested a ground floor room due to mobility issues after spinal surgery and was assured I would have one. Instead of ground floor the room I got was down 2 flights of stairs. If I had received the request for ground floor I would have mentioned the stairs and let a potential guest decide at that point. The property was nice,room was clean and breakfast was OK. For anyone who can handle stairs is all right property but not for disabled persons"
