"Other than several small needed fixes like the top oven and a few sink stoppers and low battery garage door opener…things were really comfortable and we were super happy.It would have been nice for there to have been a full fuel tank for the fire pit and a safety gate on the deck so mamas didn’t need to worry about their little ones escaping but these annoyances haven’t kept us all from wanting to come again next year!"

"We loved the Dunlin! The grounds are gorgeous and the rooms are lovely. We rode bikes around the property and had an excellent time! The afternoon tea was a bit overpriced for what was served, but we still enjoyed it. I would like to mention that the room rate we chose made reference to a soaking tub and separate shower and this was not the case; we only had a shower. It was a great shower! But just know that the descriptions here are not always accurate and we were a bit disappointed."

"The bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were worse. There was just a sheet of cheap foam rubber on top of the mattress which made the bed so soft you could not turn over in it without great effort. There were no wash clothes in the linens. The furniture was beat up and worn so the entire experience was very disappointing to say the least. It appears there had not been much attention to upkeep on the entire unit."

"Perfect location for some down time in the middle of an extended and sometimes hectic road trip. Close enough to the beach to enjoy a couple walks and a spectacular sunset. Easy to get into Charleston to soak up a little history. Quiet for when we needed to just chill."
