「I had hoped I wouldn’t need to leave this review, but after trying unsuccessfully to reach a meaningful resolution with the host, I feel I should share my experience. First, the positives: the host is friendly, helpful, and a great communicator, and the property is exactly as described. My concern is cleanliness. 「Property was booked from technical error and was cancelled within 30 minutes of the error occurring. Host refused to communicate with Vrbo and refused to refund charge and didnt update Vrbo until they called her again 2-3 days later 」

「Excellent overall. Walking distance to the college and Lew Wallace study. Lots of history on the property alone to explore. Street parking only. My only complaint is that the windows are single pane glass and allow in a fair amount of ambient nose. 」

「Everything about the location was great except the renters below were aggressively loud and fighting. Got zero sleep and was even concerned for my 14yr old who was terrified. Contacted the owner and asked about loud noise policy and told them what happened. Assured me they were contacted and it wouldn’t happen again. But the next night same thing. Super loud and aggressive noises till about 2am. Hope the owner takes better action if it happens again to someone.」
