  • Quaint, newly remodeled, tiny home. Twin/sofa bed with pull-out trundle bed. Kitchenette with refrigerator & microwave. TV with Cable. Wooden front and rear deck. Mini barn is also available for use. Close to business district. Easy access to Greencastle, Rockville, Crawfordsville and Danville. Several state parks and nature preserves in the area. 3 covered bridges within 5 minutes drive.

Great stay in Bainbridge

We had a wonderful stay at the quaint, tiny home in Bainbridge. This completely updated home was exactly what we needed for our trip to visit friends in the area. The rental was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. We enjoyed our first tiny home experience.

Great Location

This was the cutest little house. So easy to find and very clean. Perfect for 2 people. The property manager (owner?) was easy to get ahold of and communicate with. Great location that made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.

It was great. Maybe bunk beds would work better so you could sleep both people more comfortably but other than that I was overly happy. The key kept getting stuck but it wasn’t a big deal.

Cute little house

The house was pretty clean it seemed like the shower was missed with the cleaning people but other than that it was clean. The beds were ok however a family member with MS did struggle and was hurting after sleeping in the bed. Communication between the host and I was very helpful and timely.

There were some minor things, like the ceiling vent in the bathroom was very dusty and the hook behind the bathroom door fell off. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. There could have been better instructions for checking in. The place is the perfect size for one or two people, and I appreciated the drinks in the fridge. I suppose the worst thing about it is the location, but it is very nice, modern and cozy.
