「Pros: All staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast (and other meals) from the adjoining restaurant, Jack Fenn, was good. Parking was easy and convenient, being free, and right outside the front door. Very comfortable environment, loved the smell of the fire as we walked in to check in. Nice wooded area to walk around (although I was disappointed in humanity to see so much trash along the beautiful trails). Cons: Water was barely warm enough to shower, but good water pressure. ...

「The room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, beds comfortable, room was great for our family of 5, and breakfast was tasty. There’s no air conditioning, but the front desk brought us a fan, which helped tremendously! We were quite comfortable after that!」

「Finding a room for a family of 5 is hard enough but I had high hopes for Diamond Coast. I was highly mistaken once we arrived. We arrived about a hour before check in and I asked the receptionist if our room was ready. She was very rude but gave us a room that was ready. I shouldn’t have taken it. The room fit us fine, but it was dirty and smelled like old wet dog. The carpet was stained and the glasses in the bathroom were dirty and had old toothpaste all over. We were only there for one night...

「The staff where very polite and the food in the bar was excellent.... There was also plenty of parking, which has been an issue in the 15 years i have been visiting Ballina and staying elsewhere. There are plenty of aminities but unfortunatly i did not use any of them...」
