「Wonderful place to be based for a trip to Ireland. Loved the private beach, the views of the lake, fishing on the lake, and of course the donkeys! Enjoyed lots of days out around Mayo and Sligo. Mary was a lovely host! Highly recommend the venue as place to enjoy in and of its self as well as base to go exploring! 」

「We were a party of seven adults and two dogs, visiting family and for birthday celebrations. There was plenty of room in the house and more than enough crockery etc. for our group. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the beach. We ‘practised’ walking to the Beach Bar on several occasions! Sheila was quick to respond to any queries. And we had two weeks of Irish sunshine. A lovely stay and we would happily return.」

「Comfortable stay, K was great on helping us find the home. Instructions were clear on how to get into cottage and turn on water heater. I would suggest a coffee bar and light bulbs. I would stay again. K even checked on us」

Downpatrick Head was great to see & we even drove to the Giant’s Causeway while we were in the area. Sheila’s house was a nice place to rest and relax. We loved attending church in nearby Screen.
