Exceptional property.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property is as advertised and we had PLENTY of space for our group of 8. Location was exceptional. Owner was very responsive and easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Parker again.

Perfect house for our needs!

This place is awesome! Wide open entertaining area, several bedrooms that can easily accommodate 3 families. Large 65 foot dock. We were able to moor two 23’ boats along with two jet skis. The outdoor patio was a great place to unwind in the afternoon and offered shade due to it facing East. We have a large group every year when the kids get out of school, hopefully we will be back to use this place again!! If you have a Lily Pad for the kids, bring it! It’s a great spot to set it up right off the dock

Overall great stay..

We had a nice stay. House is big and spacious. My main complaint is the showers loose all the hot water out the bathtub spout and your shower water is cold in 5 minutes. It would have been nice to have been provided a broom for clean up while we were there. We had to go to Walmart and purchase a broom and dust pan. Other than that we had a nice stay and the house was very nice.

house review

house is really spacious, and dock was perfect. The stove only worked the first night. Good thing I brought me blackstone griddle or we would have been stuck not being able to cook. Other than that, the house is perfect.

Large beautiful house, great location

Location is great, house is big beautiful buuut I’ve stayed at MANY rentals and have never experienced what happen here..... 7 bath towels total (3nt stay 10+ people) we had to find them in the dryer, NO extra toilet paper, NO extra trash bags, It was crazy. That’s the point of renting a house so you don’t have to travel with these things. Esp for the price we paid to stay there! No complimentary (left over lol) coffee or toiletries and renting processes was very complicated compared to ANY place I have stayed. But like I said beautiful house.

Great for large family stays...with some notes

First let me say the owner and prop manager were great! Communication was fantastic. Something to note about the beds. There are two lofts spaces with beds which is great! however, if you have anyone down stairs with any noise or lights on, those in the lofts can hear and see it all. There is not a wall the fully encloses the space. All rooms have 1 bed each and 1 bath room each with the exception of 1 room which has 3 queen beds in it and no bathroom. I have stayed in many houses in the keys so I gave an overall rating of 4 stars for the following reasons.*Some basic checking of things working properly. Shower heads, lights bulbs, TV instructions and email details with gate code*Dock cleanliness and river grass should be looked at. We were unable to use our lily pad because there was so much growth at the property.*Could use for newer pots and pans, the ones available are pretty beat up even for rental standards.Overall, we would stay here again if we had a large enough group, but I would choose a little better who was attending due to loft situation. I need early sleepers LOL

Our stay at the key largo house was very nice,plenty of room for our party of 5 couples. Beautiful location. Kitchen was well stocked with large fridge. Large Table for us all to sit around. We enjoyed it very Much.

Beautiful river house

Loved staying at this house. We had 3 families on the trip and had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked and it was nice to bbq outside. The dock was perfect and we had 2 boats. The boys had a great time fishing in the canal. I would most definitely book this house again.

Great multi family house

6 Bedrooms 4 of them have there own private bathroom. That's why we keep coming back to this house. We meet here every year with family. Have a blast. Beautiful home great location.

Fantastic place for a big group!

Stayed 3 nights. The house had plenty of room for our group (3 families) and had a great common area for cooking/eating/hanging out. Easy access to the river as well. Planning to rent this place again in the future.
