“We would highly recommend this place.”

“Thank goodness there was someone at the front desk to let me in as the code given was incorrect! Great location, and nice lobby area and the woman at the lobby desk couldn’t have been nicer.”

“The condo was clean, easy to find, plenty of parking. No troubles getting great communication with the host.”

“This place is a motel in a neighborhood that can hear police chasing sirens couple times during the night. Strong smell of weed outside of building. floor is sticky, pillow is yellowish.”

“The place was accommodating for a family of 4. But it need to more clean and maintenance. The pull couch sheets was dirty, the TV did not work, window blinds didn't block out windows for changing. When we requested more towels, it brought in brown greasy used bag, so disgusting.”

“Friendly staff. We had a plugged toilet and the front desk person made sure the issue was addressed quickly. Had a great stay.”

“The location was terrific for walking to great parks, the Botanical Gardens, Cherry Creek shopping and dining. The host was quick to answer our questions. In any other season, it would have been a better choice for me. My big mistake was, as a southern girl used to air conditioning, failing to notice that the unit did not have A/C. The temps were over 100 degrees while we were in Denver and it would have been much more tolerable to have had a at least a couple of nice sized box fan for both……

“The property is very cozy and well maintained. It’s close to any dining, transportation, entertainment experience you’ll want to discover. It is well stocked with kitchen/linen amenities. Comfortable and relaxing. The host was very quick to respond to questions about the property as well as forthcoming with info regarding local activities. Although it’s the basement apartment of the main house, upstairs noise was not an issue… very quiet! Colorful host artwork throughout…cheery. Greeter……

“we didn't stay”

“Solo trip made easy thanks to good location. Got around without any issues.”

“Staff genuinely cared about making sure guests enjoyed their time here which says loads about them honestly never felt ignored nor overwhelmed waiting upon queries brought up either so kudos anyone seeking decent accommodations definitely consider booking future visits elsewhere provided fits needs!!”

“The apartment was small but comfortable. Pretty exact to the description provided. Neighborhood was quiet and we were able to rest well. Host was nice and communicated parking needs. Overall great stay.”

“I loved enjoying a book by the pool, super relaxing!”

“Great location, easy access. Convenient parking. Clean property. Wonderful decor.”

“入住的流程都算順利, 房間的裝潢很新, 平時我最在意的廁所也同樣很清潔, 有廚房對於出差在外的人來說真的件很棒的是事情, 因為不用每餐都在餐廳吃, 唯一缺點就是附近遊民似乎有點多(其實downtown也很多), 除了這個 住宿本身真的說不出什麼缺點~”

“So impressed by how they have thought of every little thing to make the stay comfortable. The space is just as described, even the amazing view. I was only there for a weekend, but was so comfortable I could have stayed longer. The host is fabulous.”
