The space was excellent in amount and distribution , but the furnishings were not quite up to the same level of quality. Beds are soft/not especially comfortable . The furniture for sitting was too low or too high and somewhat wobbly at outside counter. The shades were ineffective for keeping light out. Exceptionally clean with rare bug...

「Host was not attentive! I didn’t receive check in instructions on time and when I requested them after my arrival, I was given a gate code and door code that did not work! Had to call back again for a new code, only to find that the A/C in the unit was not cooling… also! The host assured me via text msg that there was a w/d on property that we could use but later found out that there wasn’t, which caused us a huge inconvenience!!! 」

「We had an excellent vacation thanks to Gabby and Mario, the property owners. This studio apartment is conveniently located and it was immaculate. We were very happy with everything. We couldn't figure out how to work the coffee maker, so Gabby went out and bought us a French press along with a bag of coffee. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this place. 」

(there are 3 in this complex) Location is NOT in Wilton Manors. Roaches. Holes in wall. Broken tv remote. Loosely hung art over the bead that fell on my head in the middle of the night. No dishwashing tablets. Undesirable neighborhood. 」
