The staff also went above and beyond, providing access to the room after an overnight flight early morning before check-in as they had availability. ”

“Zimmer top, gerade in Kenia, wo für gleiches Geld auch schlechtere Qualität angeboten wird. Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten abends das Buffett gewählt, was auch top war. Gerade die Auswahl beim Buffett vom Salat, Suppe, Hauptgang und Nachtisch war sehr gut und lecker, wie auch frisch. Flughafentransfer war auch pünktlich auf die Minute. ”

“Great hotel, location is in Nairobi city area, walking distant to banks, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The hotel has everything you need, and has excellent service! All the staffs have super nice smile!”

“I stayed 2 nights at this hotel which is in the city centre. The rooms are not big but comfortable and clean with toiletries and coffee/tea. House keeping was efficient and my bath robe was promptly delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an egg station and different selection of hot dishes offered everyday.”

“Although the property was undergoing renovations the noise was kept to a minimum and we were situated in the alternate wing across the path from the main building. Key card was deactivated several times as I had placed it by my phone. I had not had this happen in the past. But staff were quick to make it right. They are lovely. ”
