The host is not on-site, and the instructions for accessing the parking garage were incredibly unclear. We tried contacting the host for assistance, but it took several hours to receive a response. The bathroom smelled weird, the shower was dirty and the door wasn’t really functional. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. But would book again !”

“The Boathouse Suite condo was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Scenic views from the large living room windows. Check in and check out were simple. Free street parking was readily available. Great communication with the host. We were in Cleveland for a Browns game, and the stadium was only about a 20 minute walk away. Fun trip, and great accommodations. We will stay again the next time we are in town. ”

Kitchen is well supplied. Neighborhood was quiet. Owner is very pleasant, accommodating and super quick with responses!
