「This apartment is perfect. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Piera was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The terrace wraps around the whole apartment and is delightful. The location cannot be beat. The apartment is an easy walk from the train station and Aldo easily walkable to everything you will want to see, do and eat in Parma. The supermarket is a block and a half away.」

「Tout a été bien passé. L’appart est, environ, 1 km (15-20 min à pied) des principales attractives de Parma. La propriétaire est très gentille et cordiale. La petite rue est un peu moche, mais juste derrière une des principales rues de Parma. Point un peu négatif : le système de chauffage ; c’est un seul appareil, installé dans la cuisine ; conséquence : la cuisine devienne très chaude et la chambre pas assez. Il faudrait changer et moderniser le système chauffage.」

「Host Maria was there to welcome us at check in. She replies fast to messages, both before arrival and during the stay. The home is as it looks in the pics. It’s clean and is well-appointed and is fully stocked with essentials. I cannot emphasize this enough: this is the most satisfied I have ever been in my initial check in. All you would need is there! 「Our stay at this apartment was very nice, one of the nicest of our trip. Emanuela and her son, Davide, were fantastic. Communication both before and during our stay was very good. While parking was only available on the street, they provided us with a permit that allowed for fairly convenient parking. They were the only hosts on our entire trip that went to those lengths. I would recommend this apartment to all future visitors.」

"前台接待員會說日語的服務員Chiemi，態度非常之差。所有資料都不會講清楚，一切都是自己詢問她才會告訴我們。check-in的地方不是我們的房間所在地方，我們的房間要再開車過去5分鐘的地方，那個地方非常難找，附近停車位置7:30之後是給當地居民才能停泊，我們外來車必須要泊入停車場，1晚15歐元停車費，停車場沒有直達樓上房間的電梯，我們要搬行李走樓梯。 前台接待員根本沒有告訴我們應該先將行李放在大門口，再去停車。把行李再從停車場走樓梯拖到地面，再拖上那個住處的電梯口，真的是非常不方便。 建議大家如果住這間酒店，一定要問清楚是那一個樓，如果是check-in那個樓，應該還可以接受，如果是要另外的那幢樓，真的不太建議住這間酒店，非常不方便。 這間酒店一定是ibis中最差的前台接待員。 酒店去各個景點都是非常方便，步行能去附近出名的餐廳和景點，都方便，只是酒店的服務態度有問題，再酒店有二幢不同的大樓，在不同的位置，距離步行約10分鐘，所以不方便。"
